Full & Part-time bar & waiting staff


Duties & Responsibilities

  • We are looking for enthusiastic bar & floor staff to provide an excellent guest experience;
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks;
  • Meet & greet customers at the door and escort them to their table;
  • Prepare and serve drinks up to the company standards;
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies;
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience;
  • Lay and clear tables as required;
  • Deliver dishes to tables and make sure our customers’ needs are met;
  • Polish cutlery, refill condiments, clear and organise waiter area;
  • Take orders efficiently;
  • Work well in a team but also have initiative to do tasks on their own;
  • Take payments and be accountable for stock and company property;
Musts:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role;
  • Worked in a restaurant or gastro environment;
  • Be over 18y/o;
  • Have great time-keeping and reliable;
  • Be available withing 3 weeks of applying for the job;
  • Must be flexible and be able to work weekends and late night shifts;
  • Must be legally eligible to live and work in UK;
£8.91 per hour ( flexible 20-45 hrs p/w)




Full time Assistant Manager


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining bookings and enquiries to a high standard
  • Answering e-mails and phone calls professionally
  • Planning and implementing cost effective strategies to attract customers
  • Co-ordinate daily customer service operations (sales processes, orders and payments)
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, replenish based on demand
  • Report any trends and evaluate customer feedback in order to improve business strategy
  • Evaluate employee performance and identifying hiring/training needs
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Train new and existing team members as required
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, calmly and professionally.
  • Ensure team members adhere to company policies and guidelines
  • Manage day-to-day operations and support senior management as required
  • Daily cash-ups
  • Coordinating shifts and make sure all food and drink are served up to company standards Performing opening and closing procedures
Musts:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in management and be able to manage a large, busy, fast phase venue.
  • Must have previous experience in restaurant or food lead venue
  • Must be flexible and be able to work weekends and late night shifts
  • Must be legally eligible to live and work in UK
  • Must have pervious experience leading a medium to large size team
  • Must be approachable and have excellent attention to detail
  • References will be required
28k per annum based on 45 hours week
